      Management is making an effort to help with internal growth and give people more opportunities to take leadership roles.

      Cons

      Many (but not all) people who work there are not very talented and the salaries are not high enough to attract great staff.

      It’s amazing working with Blind people a see what they can do and not limited too. Definitely a great cause.

      Cons

      Does not pay well. 90% of the organization is fill with white people. Does not include diversity.
