      Some excellent people have passed through this revolving door.

      So stuck in the past that they have no concept of the future. They will not allow for successful team development. Do not consider this company!

      Nothing of any substance here

      Cons

      Where to start, abusive treatment of the sales force. The abuse came from the top. From the owner all the way down to the staff at the main office. Total and complete lack of caring towards their employees. That from a supposedly "Christian" company. This is the stuff of movies, you had to be there to believe it. Saw many lives and families hurt and ruined in my little over a year there.

      Pros

      Getting to build relationships with customers. Enjoyed going through doors. The company had a decent product line to sell.

      Cons

      Over promised their sales people. Very little support from the company. They had an aggressive management.
