Sad times since the "new" CEO started. I am shocked that our Board completely ignored all of the red flags & warning signs about Lakisha Woods that were widely available for public consumption (her "issues" are very well documented). We get it...she is an organizational flipper who leaves every job she has formally been in (several departures were not her choice) to disrupt & bankrupt another organization. Morale is awful here & we know she is thirsting to boot staff who have any knowledge of the organization & how we operate. I plan to leave soon, but God bless NGA's former staff & God help its future staff. #Horrible
