      They offered very flexible hours which was great for going to college. Also i was able to get internship hours!

      An Amazing Company That Lost Direction

      Pros

      This was one of the best companies that I have ever worked for. Leadership was always honest and open. There was good vision about where the future should lie. The treated most employees with respect and courtesy. I grew a lot professionally and technically while there.

      Cons

      Execution was terrible. They went through several operations managers that didn't lead effectively. When the company hit a rough spot due to regulation reform they were not able to quickly change direction. This cost them a lot and they went from being a very successful company with long term health to the possibility of having payroll issues. Was really sad to see.
