Cons

The training courses to become a CNA are not free. Your job is physically demanding. You will not make a tremendous amount of money. You may have to work weekends and holidays. You may have to work the overnight shift You will be performing a task that is not always fun.

Administration/implementation of national government policy is a herculean task for sheer plurality, expanse, provincial governments amidst political milieu .
