      Freedom to manage personal sales/recruitment target. Promotion 100% determined by performance/sales, no office politics. Long company history of 40 years. Compensation plan is simple and easy to understand, and has been getting better.

      Cons

      Minimal standard SOP or requirements among the sales team. Need to handle logistics issues if expanded faster than the company into other non-company-existing countries.
