Pros

The working culture was genuinely strong, and the people were one of the best parts of the role. There was a supportive team environment, and the employee benefits were good overall. The working schedule also offered a healthy level of flexibility.

Cons

The Advertising Operations Executive role often felt more administrative than the job title suggested, with a significant amount of time spent on tasks such as email coordination and campaign-related admin rather than hands-on advertising responsibilities. Because the role was relatively new, there also felt like there was limited clarity around its long-term scope and progression. At times, there appeared to be limited room for career growth within the position, and compensation felt low relative to workload and responsibilities. Communication between teams could also be inconsistent, which occasionally led to tasks being passed across teams in ways that didn’t always feel clearly defined. This sometimes contributed to inefficiencies and a sense of micromanagement in certain areas of workflow.

Great place to grow

Pros

As the headline says, it's a great place to grow, especially for younger, ambitious people, even if your background isn't in marketing. I almost left early on but stayed because I saw: A) How young some of the managers were, and I believed I could climb the ladder here. B) Net Natives built their own tech and pushed to be actually innovative. C) Working here allowed me to develop both my technical and soft skills. D) Great people to work with and really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

A) The work can turn into a bit of a pie-eating contest, where the reward is more pie. The work-life balance is still good, though, and if you prove you can eat pie with the best of them, you will be rewarded for it. B) The US team works remotely.
