      Pros

      Fellow workers are trying. Without the tenured outside sales and tenacious inside sales folks this company would go away. Outside sales are good, but could do much more - they need stronger direction.

      Cons

      Executive and middle management are not very organized. The company doesn't want to build from the ground up. They want somebody else to bring the business to them. They don't want to put in the time and effort to build a solid foundation.

      Some of the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Salary, executive management is rude and the new owner cusses people, and just not worth giving any energy to this place. High turnover in the last year. No communication between departments.

      Travel, flexible hours, good team

      Cons

      Companies growth isn't there. It seems to be a management issue. I was a layoff with many others because of its lack of structure and procedure. Sales team was not given any business sales numbers to show how commission was paid. Very non-transparent.
