Pros

If you have a good figure and dress showing off the correct amount of skin, it can be an easy time for you.

Cons

Used condoms and wrappers appear in the bathroom mysteriously over night, HR simply says not to say anything about it to anyone and "They'll look into it." GROSS!

Pros

Solid tech stack. Smart moves by mgmt to add a mobile solution. Fun group of people. If you work in NY, you have a good chance for success.

Cons

One of many second-tier, programmatic solutions out there. No discernible differentiation from any other company. Outer offices are nothing more than vanity plates for the company. They cycle through salespeople on a regular, six months cycle. The relationship between IgnitionOne and Netmining is a real challenge - not only internally but also in the marketplace.

They had good perks, such as beer but no food like most companies now

Cons

They are very into their cliques. If you are not a part of the group of chosen, you are out. Senior management was never seen and when they were around, they did not know the names of any of their employees. Senior favorites were carte blanche, many of the time being rude, disrespectful and inappropriate to thers with inpunity.
