Pros

Snacks, a slide nobody uses....and snacks.

Cons

As far as challenges go, management is the biggest thing you'll have to overcome here. They are highly ineffective and hardly ever voice what direction the company is going in, and frequently change tactics. It's like playing a huge game of "Telephone". This causes an extreme sense of insecurity that makes you constantly question whether you are doing your job correctly. Not to mention shady lead practices. Also, zero room to grow.

Pros

Amazing Chairs! Wonderful front desk and coffee table in the front lobby. Just absolutely fantastic. And those chairs. I just can't say enough about those chairs.

Cons

There are a lot of negative reviews on this company mixed in with the occasional review by upper management or someone trying to impress upper management. The hard truth about this place is it has a sickness. I watched some of the finest talent in the industry pass through this place. It's depressing to see the attempts to legitimize this place and net they cast to recruit top talent. With as many personnel resets as they go through, you'd think they'd figure it out that it's the people leftover that are the problem. Usually people in this industry that run these scams but stay very low key to avoid getting indicted. It's odd how big they try to make their business savvy sound and how much effort they put into looking legitimate.
