Unfortunately, because of the lack or leadership, the commission suffers. They are Untrustworthy, Malicious, and Vindictive. The amount of paid time off is phenomenal. Problem is, you can't take it because the higher ups don't actively look to hire anyone to fill in any positions. There is no stability and the bosses of the commision crave the power they have. I had to leave because if you aren't a favorite, you will be preyed upon. This is especially true in the Racing Industry. One lies, the other swears to it. Political of course.

No yearly raises from the organization
