Since I spending most of the day at my work computer, I think it makes sense to start listing the advantages from this side. It's very important for me that it is as powerful and fast as possible device. To my pleasant surprise, here I was provided with a top laptop model of my favorite series. Of course, the productivity of working with such a computer increases significantly and this gave me strong motivation to write good code, from the first day. Regarding the salary, I want to highlight this point as one of the advantages. Competitive enough amount. In addition, the company has the possibility to revise the compensation upward. Like many IT companies, there is a certain amount of legacy code here. I'm sure, this point could exist in the disadvantages section of any company. Therefore, I believe that this point should be estimated according to another principle - the possibility of refactoring and improving the quality of such code, cleaning up dead code, and existing processes to do this. I consider this point to the advantage because I had this opportunity and during my work, the quality of the code has improved significantly. I'm sure they'll keep this trend. While I was working for this company, we had to overcome many external obstacles. Here I would like to pay attention to the most perceptible of them - the coronavirus pandemic. This example shows in practice an excellent attitude towards employees. In this difficult time, many of us were filling difficulties with communications, since we were working from home and didn't have the opportunity to discuss problems with colleagues in person. I would like to thank the management of the company and, of course, special gratitude to my team for all the measures and ideas taken in order, to make this period as easy as possible. In addition, during a pandemic, all of us could feel safe, thanks to timely information about threats and other activities to protect against the virus. The tasks, from the developer's point of view, are quite interesting, allowing to grow and develop professionally. There were also quite difficult tasks, but there was always support and help from colleagues. I am pleased to recommend this company as an employer.

If you count free water and beverages as a pros then this is only pros I saw while Iam working there, oh also the location of the company is ok if you live in the west side of Berlin.
