Greedy Company with terrible Morals!

Pros

Enjoyed a few of other employees and made lasting business relationship with vendors. Semi okay discounts on damaged product that employees can purchase with pay roll deductions.

Cons

owners and management are greedy, rude, do not know how to treat their employers, etc. They are a "family own" compnay but they only think of themselves. They flaunt their expensive cars, homes, and material things in the front of their emloyees that they are paying min. wage. Many of the employees have been there for 10 plus years and have not seen raises. Long hours and days, can not spend time with family.

Pros

Fantastic Regional Manager. Good for someone new in distribution and sales management

Cons

Customer Service! They say they care about dealers but it all comes down to beating the dealers up when there is an issue. They never take full responsibility and it hurts sales for the lack of follow through with little issues.

Pros

As a full - time employee O'Rourke Sales provides a great atmosphere to work in. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other but also employees show a strong work ethic and commitment toward their job duties.

Cons

When work has to be complete, and employees hold a lot of responsibility for their jobs working extra hours to make sure a task gets complete on time and with quality may be needed.
