Working with children. That’s it. Literally nothing else.

No care for health and safety of employees or children especially during a pandemic, sick children and employees kept at work, lying to employees and parents, severe understaffing, no room to move up, bullying from management, asked to stay late almost every day. Low morale and high turn-over rate. Being told it’s a “family” work environment as a an excuse to manipulate and overwork employees and “take one for the team”, very difficult to ask off if you have a doctors appointment, etc. if you have a family emergency, good luck. Teachers left out of ratio and asked to not take breaks. Job is extremely taxing on mental health of most employees. Toxic and unsafe work environment.
