      Pros

      Fun work culture, decent work-life balance, everyone is friends, you'll get a lot of stickers, owners are nice.

      Cons

      Uninteresting clients, huge lack of benefits, owners don't have a solid company vision, poor interdepartmental communication, pay is definitely low. Biggest con is that it feels the company's potential is consistently clogged by the owners.
