      Pros

      Hard-working team with some of the brightest people in the world

      Cons

      No commercial transparency, or salary transparency. Difficult to feel motivated without knowing fully what’s happening.

      Pros

      Great technical team, who are really passionate about what they do. Good bottom-up culture.

      Cons

      Sustainable technical and commercial vision is unclear, or at least is not communicated by management. Communication from c-level can be inconstant at best and contradictory at worst. Very poor company diversity, even within science and engineering, with little real effort made to change.
