    Constantly growing and changing. Many projects and initiatives which make for an exciting work environment

    Cons

    No career progression plan. It is easy to get stuck within your role for a long period without any promotion / progression

    Concert tickets
    SVP of Business Development - Intelligent and directive

    Cons

    Poor Arab (Palestinian) Management who bullying and threaten staff if they do not comply with there ridiculous and unrealistic DEMANDS
    Weak Human resources - rubbish with no backbone
    CEO - who used to be a Cameraman and worked for a Monopoly just has no clue hiring losers in Senior Management

    Advice to Management

    Close the company - worthless and working at an absolute deficit as the company makes no money.

    Pros

    Free OSN Package for your resident, Free tickets to events sponsored by OSN (First come First Serve), Free Shuttle from Metro station to the office, Non Muslims can work for the full day during Ramadhan and get 3 additional vacation days, Modern offices

    Cons

    Senior Management is not on the same page - They all have individual goals that dont necessarily align with the organization's goals. Huge salary discrepancies based on ethnicity.
