      Freedom to work on your own.

      Cons

      Management and HR are suspect. You pretty much HAVE to compare your hours worked to what was on the paycheck. I couldn't tell you how many times techs were in and out of HR office adjusting their hours to be paid what they actually worked. Customers are almost always rude and demanding. CEO has a bunch of other projects going on - You are little to no concern of his. Probably bought his corvette with money stolen from employees.
