      Good place to work if you are an average performing (£100k-£200k) recruiter who likes plodding along, good base salaries, nice team

      Not much innovation, very clickey, people are pretty average

      Made some friends for life (both of which no longer at OP either!)

      Even when you’re a top performer it is never enough, managers always wanted more especially when times were rough.
