Fun, family atmosphere, lots of laughing and jokes at the office, great location on the water at the marina. Lots of opportunities to be creative and really make a difference.
Cons
Company is really small and on a tight budget. Struggling to get customers and investors. Due to coolness of the job, pay is below market. Work is hard and can be stressful.
