Pros

Absolutely none - DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM.

Cons

I had a horrible experience here (as a content creator, not a model). I was brought in by a younger woman who I had multiple meetings with, and was meant to work with, but she quit a month after I started. I was then transferred to her boss (a man I had only spoken to briefly once before) - keep in mind, this was after I signed a contract to let them represent me. The following months (I stayed for a total of 9) were horrid. I was not allowed to accept any "small" campaigns, forcing me to wait it out until I received larger opportunities (which, as we know, come few and far between). Also, these "small" campaigns were with brands I've been dying to work with, and had budgets that were beyond acceptable. In that 9 months, I did not have a SINGLE offer come through the agency, every deal I landed was brought in from me alone (and yes, I still had to pay them 20%). I was being told that I was being pitched to brands, but never received any updates on that. I was even asked to send in a list of brands with the impression they were going to do outreach on my behalf (one of the reasons I was excited to have a manager)... nothing happened. The BIGGEST kicker, was the payment process. Every. Single. One of my checks were either short by thousands of dollars (I wish I was kidding) or late. Keep in mind, all of these campaigns had NET-60 payment terms, with an additional 2-3 weeks of processing to be paid out by the agency (I am still currently waiting to be paid for a collab I completed on January 1st.. it is now April). Safe to say this put me in quite the financial bind over the 9 month period I was with them. It was always a ROUGH process to contact the accounting department and get answers/updates on my payments. It just seems like you have to go through one person, to get to another person, to get to another department, to get to the person you're trying to get answers from. A lot of time was wasted in that process. Not to mention, the accounting team is incredibly unorganized - I’ve had to correct them numerous times about payment deadlines and amounts. AND they seemed genuinely irritated with me when I would inquire (if I were more paranoid, I would think they were intentionally trying to steal from me). To top it all off, my "manager" was constantly out of office and dealing with personal issues... I felt like I was 1 of 100 being managed, and it was clear they did not have a grasp on my personal brand, or genuinely care about my growth and progress as a creator. All of that to say, I'm sure the individuals who work in this agency are smart, and capable, but my experience was treacherous to say the least. If you are a creator looking to sign with them... run.
