I worked at One Source Talent full-time

    Pros

no experience needed to work here. worked at the call center. you get bonuses if you work hard and people show up for the appointments you set up. there is a hourly rate involved and it is not commission based.

    Cons

you cant be completely honest with the customers. its a gray area. the company asks the customers for money first to be put into the casting database instead of the typical agent where you pay a percent of what you get if you get the role. its basically a total scam

    Advice to Management

just stop the business and find something else to do

I worked at One Source Talent (More than a year)

    Pros

Worked with friends and laid back work schedule.

    Cons

Management was greedy and condescending towards employees. Worked us like dogs - new years eve, new years day, christmas eve, etc. A workplace of no values or ethics. Compensated with a minimum hourly wage and they tried making us believe that we'd gain commission on top of the hourly, but that never happened.

    Advice to Management

    Believe and be nice!

    Pros

The work it easy and the hours are good. Basically making calls all day.

    Cons

Pay is terrible, no room for advancement. The turn over rate is extremely high. Here today gone today. Management has there favorites.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees more

I worked at One Source Talent full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

pros on slow days you can goof off on the computer
I got hired without saying anything in my interview. They hired me for my "look"

    Cons

What your selling isn't opportunity its a "dream"
12 hr work days working 6 days a week and one day off.

    Advice to Management

Stop robbing people, I have seen first hand a manager tell someone to put a second morgage on their house so they could afford to pay the initial 495 dollars.

I worked at One Source Talent (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are no pros. Zero. Since I have to mention one, it would have to be freedom. You could honestly have a second job as long as you stay in your office all day and take appointments. There is no supervision.

    Cons

Long Hours, Low Pay (You do not even get paid an hourly wage unless you are a receptionist) Be aware - they will lie about this, No Benefits, Little Or No Vacation Time, Very Unethical Overall!

    Advice to Management

Go f yourselves. Your employees work very hard to make money and dedicate long hours away from family and friends. You need to pay an hourly rate to your talent specialists.

I worked at One Source Talent full-time

    Pros

There is potential for leadership and a chance to travel which is pretty cool. You do get to work with very outgoing people and make friends doing it.

    Cons

There is no flexibility. Time off is not really supported and you are left guilty for doing it. Pay is very low with unattainable goals to make more.

    Advice to Management

For your own sake, understand that all the people you have hired have lives and they need time to live them. One source does not run our lives. Invest into your people and we would stay longer
