Senior management is run by clueless, vindictive people who really aren't qualified for their positions. Leadership is extremely poor and incompetent. Communication and follow-through is very poor. No SOPs or consistently-followed compliance protocols. Myopic and/or blindfolded stumble-in-the-dark leadership from the owner to senior management, Owner's word is worthless on multiple occasions. Everyone is readily disposable. No value proposition to clients regarding business partnership Safety and welfare of its temp staffers are not part of any equation.
