Pros

ZERO!!! Used to be a good company when it was family owned. Now we get a new CEO or CFO or whatever every few months. Each has to see fit to can a few more people. Do not quit a job and come to here!!! What ever they tell you is a line of BS.

Cons

No future, no commitment to employees, Corporate-Investor ownership that is predictable as the weather. DEAD END!!

Pros

Good people working at levels lower than upper management. Great area to live (at least in Hartland, WI area). Not much more to say here.

Cons

Management doesn't listen to employees. Employees punished for honest evaluations of upper management. Upper management out of touch with current digital trends. New private equity owners see employees as numbers on a spreadsheet.

- HR department was great. - office had windows

Cons

- management would talk behind your back - management would tell your personal stories to other employees - never trained the employees for their positions - if someone didn't understand they offered one training 'got it all' session and then let them go if they didn't get it - expected non programmers to know coding - very fake - expected you to work 24 hour/7 - what you have a home life?
