      Pros

      The work environment is okay, the coworkers are mostly nice, the coffee machine works well, sometimes there are snacks, the desk space is decent, and the lighting isn’t too harsh.

      Cons

      Sometimes there’s a bit too much work, but not overwhelmingly so. The air conditioning is unpredictable, meetings can drag a bit, and it feels like efficiency could improve slightly.

      Management is ok, You got 2 weeks vacations to start.

      Cons

      Not much benefits on this company. Only basic, you need to copay. Salary is low compare to market value.
