1- It is still a family-owned company so any career advancement within the company from the sales advisor position is virtually impossible. 2- low base pay and no benefits ( your days off are off on paper - expect to be called ) 4- There is no HR management 5- To compensate for the low base pay, you will likely be promised great commissions from the highest seasons but in reality, most of those will be taken by the higher positions such as directors. 6- Expect to work almost every holiday.
