Pros
None. That is the truth.
Cons
The best decision I have made in my professional career was to leave this toxic company. Upper management does not care about the hourly employees, nor will they ever. They put on a parade as if they care, but under the surface they think everyone is replaceable.. especially the hourly. They do not care about employee safety, though they have tried to make it better, injuries are frequent across all plants. Life changing injuries. Honestly, OSHA needs to be brought in to save the employees. The violations on a daily basis are absurd. The environment throughout the company is cut throat and it becomes tiring. The company will use you and severely underpay you. You will have to fight and plead to get paid what you are worth, and you never will get what you deserve. They will nickel and dime you and get what they want or move on from you. They look down on promoting from within. The turnover rate is 80%+ because the environment has been damaged by poor decisions strictly from upper management. Yearly reviews are rigged, and you will never receive more than a 3% increase. They play favorites and if you upset anyone in corporate or upper management you might as well quit because there is no forgiveness in their eyes. Employees do not have a voice and if you try, it will be ignored. The hiring process is a joke, and the choices of management that HR & Corporate make are insane. I am disappointed with this company and the decisions made by corporate. Family life is non existent with this company. They have lost so many good people from hourly to management because of the culture that is supported. I could go on for a long time, but know this. Unless major changes happen at the corporate level, then to the upper management level, and then to the culture I would never recommend anyone to work here. I would recommend to the good people that are left at this company to get out, you will find better.
