Great company mission but poorly led and poorly paid

Pros

Most employees get along and will find ways to have fun throughout the day. The employees all care about the mission of the company and work together towards that goal. The 401k match is pretty good as well as they’re flexible about hybrid and remote work.

Cons

No room for growth and the pay is very low, especially when compared to the rest of the industry. The leaders of the company claim they want to be competitive but they have no fresh ideas. Leadership has been there forever and anyone new to the company, whom may be very experienced, is usually ignored when they speak up and offer ideas and a fresh perspective. The company has had big turnover rates in a short amount of time, in part because of the leadership, and some really talented people have left the company.
