Business Outlook
Pros
Remote work, talented group of individuals with varying skillsets, tons of exposure to diverse client work, fun and committed client group, and lots of room for growth. For something that is flexible with my hours and commitment and has a good group of people to support me it's been a great fit.
Cons
PEOPLEfirst is a start up and therefore they run lean. There are limited resources, but as an experienced professional, it hasn't been much of a barrier to being successful. Sometimes culture and quality work outweigh all the bells and whistles.
