    Positive Outlook

I have been working at PHARBEST PHARMACEUTICALS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It’s nice company to work for with tons of opportunity for advancement. I have a very rewarding experience at Pharbest. There can be immense amounts of pressure placed on employees. However, I have found those experiences useful in my professional life. The work itself is dependent upon your department, but I was always engaged in the unique challenges presented in my position. My colleagues were genuine and easy to work with. If you work hard and set a good example you will be rewarded.

    Cons

Challenging work. commute sometimes too busy and you can get overwhelmed.

    Advice to Management

    No advice to management.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at PHARBEST PHARMACEUTICALS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There aren't really any pros to list. It is easily one of the least appreciating job you would ever have.

    Cons

Hectic workplace with very little pay and appreciation. The owner/president is extremely unprofessional and rude. He does everything to pay his employees as little as little and cut pay for the pettiest of reasons.

I have been working at PHARBEST PHARMACEUTICALS full-time

    Pros

Scopes are available to display your skills and abilities. Qualified and dedicated employees are always awarded with new responsibilities and leadership opportunities. Yearly bonuses, incentives, increments and recognition are there to energize the team members. Good platform for entry level employees. No room for unqualified and unethical employees.

    Cons

Tough management! Not so easy for weak and unqualified employees to survive the pressure

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good works...
