    Pros

A pioneer in the Healthcare industry, Taking on the challenge of employing new nurses and providing various cases. Each unique in the way you come out of the workplace and what you have learned. Helping to provide care to patients and family's going through the difficult end of life stage, but also helping nurses gain experience and learn from one another. Always willing to provide feedback so employees can grow and thrive in the Healthcare industry.

    Cons

Could use a private facility for internal training on nursing skills if someone would like to review. Or perhaps an opportunity to shadow a more experienced nurse

    Advice to Management

    Give Miguel a raise!

I have been working at PRIDE Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The culture and values instilled here are something I have not seen previously in any other role.
There is a lot of opportunity for growth and you can feel hat management really does want you to continue to develop.
Collaboration, mentor-ship, and continued support are all very common here.

    Cons

    Nothing at this time.

I worked at PRIDE Health full-time

    Pros

A lot of events, socials and fun co workers. Good starting off role out of college to gain experience, make connections and find out who not to work for.

    Cons

CEO is eccentric, everything is micro managed even though they say it isn't in the interview. Be ready for the CEO to ask "how did you earn the check I gave you today?". Constant revolving door, anyone from entry level to senior management may be let go or resign on a weekly basis, then everyone else picks up the slack or changes business models. Be prepared to play office politics / chess to align with the right people in order to succeed.

    Advice to Management

Have morals, treat people right or don't hire them in the first place... Good Luck

    Pros

Flexible schedule allowing you to balance work and life.

    Cons

    Limited Houses in queens.
Launchvms timesheet system sucks. Doesn't work great on mobile. Even on desktop, the experience of LaunchVms timesheet website is subpar.

    Advice to Management

Upgrade Launchvms to work well on mobile. Not all staffs have access to computer all the time. Even on a PC, the website is still slow to load and subpar. Its need an overhaul.

We need more houses in queens. Please negotiate more contracts with the managements of more Queen houses

I worked at PRIDE Health full-time

    Pros

Fun environment, lots of great people

    Cons

Unrealistic commission goals designed to start you, and keep you, in the hole. If ever out of the hole, commission can and likely will be withheld with the reasoning of overall company performance but in reality it is in order to pay for the extremely high overhead associated with maintaining such an expensive office which mgmt uses and the main way to attract and retain employees.
