I worked at Partners In Recovery full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Modern clinical buildings Clinical site management and staff super professional.

    Cons

PAY shockingly low BENEFITS non existent- when you contemplate signing up for Obamacare. Inundated with “trainings” that presented by staff that are not qualified to teach. Inconsistent billing practices. . The company’s management needs to review fidelity and make changes based on funding source. Constantly understaffed, lack of involvement recruitment for paraprofessional. I had to leave, the buildings felt like... ghost towns, it’s inevitable they will last another year at most.

I worked at Partners In Recovery full-time for less than a year

    Pros

This place was ok. They service SMI population/co- occurring diagnosis. It was by far the most fun place I got to work at and enjoyed my clients and co workers. Benefits were ok if single but not for family. If you are bilingual you can apply to get a pay difference and just have to take a test and score high enough. Pay different was 2$ an hour.

    Cons

Administrator and HR need great improvement in employee relations. They created a hostile environment. Unfair practices. Have high expectations with low compensation. High turn over.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees. Better trainings
