Pros

You get a paycheck, they occasionally offered snacks/catered lunch

Cons

Endless. Training lasted a month and a half, peers were all "Hospitality" majors but this is literally a CS position, they call it "Event Rental Specialist" to make you feel important, no growth, sit at your desk all day (expected to come in early, stay late, work through lunch), clientel was rude and disrespectful (everyone knew it), "busy season" came and it was the same, they had their own software that was SUPER OUTDATED AND SLOW (couldn't have more than 1 window open) Most importantly, work was NOT WORTH the pay!

Pros

Can't think of one. Couldn't wait to get out after day 1.

Cons

Management is a joke. These people would never last in a "real" corporate environment. Their backgrounds prove it. Never a good idea to treat employees like children. Work/life balance is non-existent. At a management level, you are treated like a dog by people who have no clue. Your experienced, successful ideas are thrown out. One little person with pathetic experience and skills runs the whole show. Very sad because it's a great money-making business.
