Flexible schedules and okay benefits

Cons

Overall not a good place to work. Too much brown nosing, gossiping and its cliquish. When need to make cuts they will get rid of the good workers to save the lazy ones. They over work you and expect you to run several different programs and do all the work on your own. They want to make people believe that they work as a team but that place is toxic. It will drain anyone enthusiasm to want to help others. Administration is only looking to get paid don't really care about the people. They supposedly want to help the poor and under-served but they aren't willing to let their employees do so without a million restrictions.
