Engaging Leadership Fantastic Training for Pax8 Sales Framework Transparency Easy to talk to the team Clear Expectations Lots of opportunity to grow

Cons

Like all newly created departments, there is a lot of ambiguity. Some may not like this; however, I believe the training provided gives a clear vision of handling this. It's worth mentioning that, though there is currently no performance bonus, the likely reason for this is due to the freshness of the department. I am confident this is only a Y1 con.

Great culture, nice people, amazing benefits. Denver HQ office experience 10/10. My manager did his best for our team and success: coaching, support, engagement, resources and best practices

Cons

Very low pay for industry standard, managers are micro-managers. it’s a boys club and a long road to get to a decent role

Strong individual contributors who are partner-centric. New office is nice for hybrid work.

Cons

What was once a strong culture has eroded significantly due to poor leadership, misaligned talent in key roles, and a chronic lack of strategic direction and communication. Tenure or relationships are rewarded over competence, and those at the top protect each other — even when decisions have negatively impacted the business and/or partners. People are treated as revenue-generating assets, not human beings. Leadership is so deeply disconnected from the real problems that have persisted for years.
