Thanks for your feedback. My Sr. Management team and I are going to continue working very hard, one day at a time to bring the best services and technology we can to market for our customers. I wish you the best of success in your future career endeavors, and I would encourage you to reach out to me, I will take some time to meet with you over lunch and we can discuss further your thoughts on our areas of opportunity and equally as important, the solutions you would implement if we gave you empowerment to see them through.

I am sorry to hear you feel discriminated against due to your disability, that is not acceptable if it is the case. I take great pride in our culture and inspiring atmosphere. If you'd like to speak further regarding this matter, please email me directly. Thank you. -Kyle

Absolutely Horrible!!!

Pros

I can't think of any pro's to be honest.

Cons

There are so many, where to begin? Let's see, the turn over rate it beyond ridiculous. They treat their employees like they should be eternally in debt to the company for the stressful, pathetic pay positions they give them. You work hard just to be treated like a worthless bum and watch slackers get promoted. A quote from a lead "I love my job, I get to sit around and do nothing for most of my shift". It's the worst job I have ever had! Upper management changes like the weather. They set their expectations well beyond anyone's abilities so they cannot pass a review and get pushed out the door as quickly as they came in. The brag about all the opportunities for growth and advancement, well there is room for growth, however once you move up you get over worked for the way you are treated and compensated for, then once you make so much they either fire or demote you. At Ptel you are just a number in their large pool. Their only concern is making money and they don't care what they have to do to make it. If you don't impact their bottom line, you are nothing to them and they will treat you as such. They work itself is awful as well, you get paid just above minimum wage to get screamed at and insulted in every way throughout your shift. If you want to work for a company that will pay you as little as you can and treat you like trash then I would recommend applying here. Otherwise, take this advise, look elsewhere! I wouldn't even recommend working there to the people I don't like.

I am sorry to hear you feel that way. I would extend the invite to meet with you in-person and discuss all of the matters you feel are "horrible" according to your context. I will take some of this personal time so I can help educate you on what it takes to run a call center business such as PerformTel, it will be quite eye-opening for you. I am available anytime, my direct email is kyle (at) performtel (dot) com. Thank you for your time.
