      Decent pay and overtime if needed

      Cons

      Having errors is just nonsense. You get 3 week’s training then being thrown out to the wolves oh and not to mention they do not match 401k nonsense

      Pros

      Pay is good. Management is super nice and understanding. Job is pleasantly challenging and you will learn a lot.

      Cons

      They will lay you off with no notice and not invite you to return. They will offer you a letter of reference and then the letter will simply state your dates of employment with no positive reference.
