Cannot think of one con working at this amazing place.

Underpaid employees, Management acts inappropriate but no one says anything, Negative work environment, The Supply Chain Manager acts like a child often has tantrums & gives silent treatment when she’s upset & treats team very unfair it’s a 4 people click including her so she covers for them & doesn’t apply employee rules to them , they make you use your personal cell phone for office use to reach vendors. New employees in Planning don’t stand a chance senior planner has power trips and micro manages, the OT and working remotely is only offered to the Female planner that’s been there all her life they will pile the work load on you and mess around all day. Chatting and BSing in the warehouse …..The employees are completely underpaid except the employees who have been there all their lives. The raises are a joke , The warehouse is a complete mess & management is unprofessional on the first floor.
