      Rampant politics at work Sipsip culture to be promoted and liked by leaders Management does not walk the talk Leaders are bully, they humiliate people If they dont like you, they will declare your role redundant, then will rename your position and hire new one Not stable, if the leader or owner dislike you, you will lose your job HR and Management are very unprofessional. Very high attrition, at 50% equivalent to 100 to 200 resignation per month because of the system They spend a lot on branding, dont be fooled!
