Pros

Easy access to management and they will actually listen, not just hear you. Pay is a little better than what the average market trends are, but I haven't been here long enough to see how long it is to get a raise or if it will keep pace with other employers. Overall this is the best company I've thrown in with in many years!

Cons

Their is a lot of red tape as far as getting things done.

Pros

I recently joined Pfannenberg, Inc. and am excited to see the growth the company is experiencing. There will be plenty of opportunity to branch out with the company in many different ways. The people are friendly and willing to help, and the orientation process is excellent. Not only do you meet with most of the department managers within the first few days to understand what their role is, but you get a history of the company, products and the philosophy on the first day, which helps you easily align to the vision of the firm. It's a Global company, headquartered in Germany, yet somehow has a family feel to it.

Cons

With growth, comes growing pains. Some managers do things differently than others. This is easily remedied by putting additional processes in place to keep things consistent - which I know they are working on at this time.
