Pros

It seemed like a good place. That faded away quickly.

Cons

Sales manager micromanges all. You are told one thing and supposed to know when they change position. Very disorganized. Gladf when i can get out.

Benefits are meh, management is new and unprofessional. I recommend waiting for new management to come in because something needs to change.

Pros

At PI, I’m surrounded by super smart co-workers in a professional quiet working environment. People are open, friendly, and very willing to answer my novice engineering questions, which makes my job easier. My opinion and suggestions are respected, and I’m not micro-managed. Benefits are fantastic, out-of-this-world! Management encourages and supports a healthy balance to life. It really is a great place to work.
