Pros

I genuinely enjoyed the people I worked with — the CEO, my director, and my coworkers were all supportive and approachable. I learned a lot in a short amount of time, especially about recruiting in the life sciences space. The environment encouraged growth, communication, and teamwork, and I appreciated the trust they placed in me early on.

Cons

The role moved quickly and expectations were high, which can be challenging for someone still learning the industry. I wish there had been a bit more structured training and clearer alignment on expectations. My time there was short, and I would have liked the opportunity to stay longer and continue developing.

Pros

You will receive a paycheck? Their were no pros but I had to put something in this section.

Cons

The worst company that I have ever worked for. Very very very toxic work environment. Bullying, micromanaging, and harassment are the “culture” and “leadership” styles. Every morning started by insulting and yelling at every employee to the point of most of the office crying. They told us that they will always find a reason to yell at us even if we are doing a good job because if they don’t we will become satisfied and stop working. They also had significantly unethical hiring practices/treatment of employees. They will lie about benefits and the company during the interview just to get you to join because they can’t find anyone to join the company of stay for more than a year. I could provide so many more examples of how toxic it is. Run as far away from this company as you can. Also the company will force employees to leave positive reviews so that is why you see positive reviews online.

Pros

Office building in good location.

Cons

Senior management team uses bullying, micromanaging, and harassment to drive the team. It is a toxic and horrible environment to be in. There is a lot of yelling, insults, and more than you can imagine in a theoretically professional environment. They intentionally “mislead” me about the health insurance benefits and I had to pay significantly more than I was told in the interview process. Had significantly unethical hiring practices. Their “HR” is actually the CEO’s spouse that does it part time, on the side, without their full time job knowing. Several weeks after I quit I received an email to my personal account from the CEO being very rude and aggressive about me leaving. The list could go on for pages.
