      Pros

      The teachers care about the students and will advocate for them. Professional Development is always available.

      Cons

      Admin seems to be losing focus and are no longer putting the needs of the students first. It's all about checking of boxes and cutting corners to save a buck. Their DEI vision contradicts what we actually do. Only a select few of the same people get leadership opportunities handed to them without jobs/titles made up just for them.
