      Pros

      everything, honestly. love the company, the mission, and my co-workers. working remotely and globally is so cool and allows a lot of flexibility. also, the company is rapidly growing so lots of room for growth!

      Cons

      because it's still technically a start-up, some processes/structures are still being created, so it can feel like we're behind at times and very chaotic. also, it's easy to overwork, as there are always a million things to do. strong work-life boundaries are crucial.

      Fantastic company this really is focused on helping diverse professionals! It's so exciting to see a company that practices what it preaches. This female lead team has built an organization that's been a refreshing changes from the toxic environments I've dealt with in the past. I truly enjoy working here and dealing with this truly global team that is on a mission to make the world a better place for diverse professionals!

      Cons

      We truly are 100% remote so not meeting all my colleagues is challenging but people do travel and any reach out us welcomed. Stiff goals but that is true for all sales. Nothing else comes to mind.
