-You get your own office. -You get to work independently. -Some tenants are kind.
Cons
-Poor training methods -Lots of gossip about tenants and employees -Terrible Property managers such as Leannne James. -Underpaid compared to other Property Management companies. -Lack of Professionalism -No real support provided if you need help. - Expect you to do the work of 3 people by yourself. -No care for actual employees, you’re just a number to them. -Racist environment as well. -No other co-workers. It can get lonely working by yourself.
