The narcissistic owner micro-manages the company. In one year, over 11 employees either quit or were fired for unfounded reasons. The TOXIC environment made working there a nightmare. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is to work for.

Run like a cult. No talking-that is stealing 'time' from the company. No charging phone-you are using their electricity Phone can't be seen. - Kids can't get in touch with you. Cameras all over to watch every move you make and it will be known to you. You can not be one minute late, nor leave one minute early!!!! Sleeveless shirts not allowed-The only two men in office may be able to see! Dresses below the knee-like a nunnery Lunch has to be 12-1 and not any earlier than 12:00 and can not return no later than 1:00pm They go on your computer at night. They want your password and will look at what was done during the day. No Training ever. You are to learn by Osmosis. Trust issues. The husband and wife team have mental issues. Sad pups.
