      Pros

      I loved my coworkers for the most part. Genuinely good people all trying to do their best.

      Cons

      Small company, no real room for upward momentum Not great for a young person. If you have an established family then the benefit package is nice.

      There are some great people who work there.

      Cons

      Worst senior leadership I have ever experienced. This “employee owned business” has very much ruined employee ownership for me. Leaderships opinion is the only one that matters. It is a lot of work and time with low pay. To my knowledge raises are rare. The pressure can be intense. This company is the definition of a toxic workplace.
