Pros

I have been with ProImprint for over two years as the HR Director and also support bookkeeping. My experience has been both rewarding and challenging. Recruiting is not easy, and finding the right candidates can take time. Turnover can be high at times, as some employees present themselves as qualified during the hiring process but are unable to meet the job requirements once they start. That said, many of our employees have been with ProImprint for over 8 years and genuinely enjoy the work they do. These long-term team members are a testament to the company’s stability and the positive culture that can be found here. At the same time, we’ve had to make difficult decisions to part ways with individuals who were unable to perform in their roles. Overall, ProImprint provides a supportive environment for those who are dedicated, adaptable, and committed to learning. If you have the right skills and work ethic, this can be a great place to grow and build a lasting career.
