I genuinely do not have much negative to say about my time at Procession Systems. While every company has its flaws and ups and downs Procession has a great overall team, good management and overall environment.

Cons

Only con of working with Procession was the impact of the federal climate which is completely out of their control

Not a ton of pros. Great titles to add to your resume if you're interested in government recruitment or research analysis.

Cons

- Poor management - Leadership is uninterested in creating a culture and company that will last. They care about lining their pockets. - Poor culture - The leaders love to keep high performers who drag culture down. - Pay isn't worth work There are better places to work that will pay you more.
