Pros

I became friends with several of the other teachers and loved the kids/parents there. Other than that there was no reason to stay.

Cons

Tammie is so unprofessional. Expects so much from staff, but doesn't take the time to train them. The front desk girls are expected to deliver her bad news and anger to the staff so it makes them look like the bad guy rather than her, luckily I became friends with those girls and knew what was really going on. The only time Tammie goes into a classroom is to yell at the teachers, sometimes while parents were within earshot...the things she would say were never constructive and never showed how to fix a problem...she would just yell about it, threaten a write up, and go away. Problems were never solved. She talks badly about staff members to other staff members, but we would all talk and know everything she was saying about us. I am not the first to complain about her, and I won't be the last.

Pros

I had amazing coworkers and of course the kids! 2 of the only reasons I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

The management is awful. They talk down to the staff all the time yet expect them to do a lot of what is actually management's work. They'll give you so much grief for taking a day off because they are so understaffed they can't find people to cover for you even if you're sick. Show no sympathy for you or your family. They just care about you showing up to work and making money. They'll withhold checks from employees if they feel the need to. The turnover rate here is crazy. The teachers are why parents send their kids here, but none of the staff ever receives the respect they deserve. A lot of the teachers are much more qualified in their educational backgrounds than some of the management but are still talked to with a lot of disrespect and as if they're stupid.
